As a well-known brand specializing in coconut-based plant beverages, FreeNow participated in the CAFEEX Wuhan Coffee Festival, aiming to build a custom stand that integrates brand display, on-site tasting, product display, and business negotiation functions. The stand was designed to simultaneously deliver brand exposure and channel recruitment for coffee shop owners, tea beverage chain purchasers, and coffee enthusiasts. We undertook the full-process delivery service for this stand, from rendering design, factory production, logistics transportation, on-site entry and construction to post-show dismantling, achieving a 1:1 real-scene restoration of the renderings.

Stand Design Concept

The stand adopts the brand's signature red + white minimalist color scheme, delivering strong visual impact and enabling brand recognition from a distance, which aligns with the young and clean tone of beverage brands. The overall layout is open, minimizing enclosed walls to naturally guide foot traffic into the stand interior, making it ideal for beverage exhibitions with heavy visitor flow.

The large illuminated red header at the top serves as the visual focal point, featuring the brand LOGO and brand slogan "Focus on Coconut-Based Plant Beverages" to reinforce brand memory. The pure white base balances the large red area, making products and lightbox visuals stand out more prominently.

Functional Area Layout

• Bar Tasting Area: The core area of the stand, equipped with a professional operation bar to support on-site preparation of coconut lattes and coconut-based beverages, providing tasting experiences, enhancing audience interaction, and attracting visitors to stay.

• Product Display Area: A combination of wall lightboxes, shelf displays, and front-lit display cabinets showcases the full range of thick coconut milk products, paired with formula panels to help purchasers intuitively understand products and application solutions.

• Business Negotiation Area: A seating negotiation space is set up inside the stand for engaging B2B channel clients and facilitating in-depth discussions on supply chain cooperation.

• Wayfinding & Traffic-Driving Area: Independent illuminated display columns are placed outside the stand as visual attraction points to capture passing visitors in the aisle.

On-Site Delivery & Construction Highlights

This project was strictly delivered according to the stand renderings. Within the tight exhibition entry window, we successfully completed entry, construction, lighting commissioning, and graphic installation, delivering and accepting the project on schedule.
